Lead Operations Manager

LEADS MANAGER AGREEMENT

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Company and the Lead Operations Manager.

1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   - The Lead Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team of lead hunters
   - Must oversee lead collection activities and ensure quality standards
   - Must review and manage lead reports submitted by team members
   - Must coordinate with other teams and departments as needed
   - Must maintain confidentiality of all lead information and team data
   - Must ensure team members follow all company policies and procedures

2. TEAM MANAGEMENT
   - Responsible for assigning Facebook accounts to team members
   - Must monitor team performance and provide feedback
   - Must handle account issues and coordinate with post masters
   - Must review and resolve lead reports submitted by Sales Closers
   - Must ensure proper distribution of work among team members

3. LEAD QUALITY CONTROL
   - Must review submitted leads for accuracy and completeness
   - Must ensure leads meet quality standards before validation
   - Must coordinate with fraud detection processes
   - Must handle lead-related issues and disputes

4. COMPENSATION
   - Compensation will be discussed separately
   - Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement
   - Performance metrics may affect compensation

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
   - All lead information and team data must be kept confidential
   - No sharing of sensitive information with unauthorized parties
   - Must comply with data protection regulations
   - Must not use company information for personal gain

6. DATA ACCURACY
   - Must accurately record all team activities and decisions
   - Must maintain proper documentation of team operations
   - Must report any issues or concerns immediately to administration

7. TERMINATION
   - Either party may terminate this agreement with notice
   - Upon termination, all access to team data and systems must be revoked
   - Must return all company materials and information
